In order to better serve our clients, we concentrate our practice in the following areas of law:

GUARDIANSHIPS: guardianships of the person and of the estate for children and for disabled adults.

ESTATES: all types of estates, from preparing a Small Estate Affidavit to probating larger estates.

REAL ESTATE: real estate transactions and documents, including contracts, deeds, mortgages, and leases.

BUSINESS AND CORPORATE LAWS: business and corporate law services, including the formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, buying and selling a business, preparation of agreements, contracts and leases.

MUNICIPAL LAW: all aspects of municipal law including matters involving ordinances, zoning, and annexations. Individual attorneys represent villages, fire districts and townships.

OTHER AREAS: We also service other areas of law as well including personal injury. In addition, we have a working relationship with experts in many fields who help serve our clients in areas in which we do not have expertise.
