larger estates.
REAL ESTATE:
real estate transactions and documents, including contracts, deeds,
mortgages, and leases.
BUSINESS AND CORPORATE
LAWS: business and corporate law services, including the formation
of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, buying
and selling a business, preparation of agreements, contracts and leases.
MUNICIPAL LAW:
all aspects of municipal law including matters involving ordinances,
zoning, and annexations. Individual attorneys represent villages, fire
districts and townships.
BANKING LAW:
Johannes & Marron, P.C. has served as legal counsel for several
local banking institutions.
COMMERCIAL LITIGATION:
matters in various areas of law including complex business and corporate
litigation, bank liability claims, real estate litigation, breach of
contract, and business disputes. The firm represents both plaintiffs
and defendants.
CREDITORS' RIGHTS
AND COLLECTION CASES: collection and creditor-debtor matters on
behalf of local clients in Madison County, Bond County, Clinton County,
St. Clair County and in the United States Bankruptcy Court in East St.
Louis.
