	OUR FIRM The firm of Johannes & Marron, P.C. was founded in 1982. Donald R. Johannes and George E. Marron III are the partners of the firm. Phyllis Marron, Kay Hemann and Joan Schuetz make up the support staff. At Johannes & Marron, we believe that competent service should be provided in a cost efficient and timely manner. The entire staff strives for excellence while maintaining a personable atmosphere. The attorneys participate in continuing education programs and professional seminars. Our size allows us to develop a client oriented practice able to provide cost-effective, efficient, quality legal services responsive to the client. Our fees for professional services are determined by the type of service we perform. If our services are performed by the task, we often charge a flat fee for such tasks. In many situations, we charge an hourly rate. In some cases our fees are calculated on a percentage basis. It is the policy of our firm to discuss fees with the client at our first meeting.
